If you pause the video below at 37 seconds from his first telegram video, it doesn't quite look like a Q but I can't figure out what kind of logo it is. Can't find that hat anywhere. Here's the video I'm looking at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ZXL4d6EPb8
