I, like you, have seen all the various posts and comments about the mysterious absence of exterior lighting on the White House the last few days. I have also, much like many of you, gone to the live feed of the White House to see for myself. My wife thought of something that I thought you guys might find interesting. If I'm way off base, feel free to prove me wrong, as I would also like to know the truth.
The theory is basically that the White House and the capitol are now considered foreign territory (see Act of 1871) and not within the general service area of the local power services.
Proof Points:
-
Days after the January 6th riots, Alex Jones (yes, he's an asshat) posted a video in the capitol showing large portable generators and electrical boxes with lights and possible 5g cell towers inside the gated areas. Couldn't figure out why this was needed there.
-
Under the assumption that the capitol is possibly a ruling jurisdiction of a corporation instead of a nation, we could now be under military control. This would mean that the capitol is not permitted US services, like power.
-
The generators would be (presumably) be for the odd interior lighting in the White House, but not exterior lighting.
-
Presuming that Biden is now the President of the United States of America corporation, it is bankrupt. They either can't afford the utilities or they have no access to any utilities of the United States including but not limited to electricity, cell phone usage, and water.
Once again, this is just a theory. It would be awesome if someone could expound on this or, at least, disprove it.

All I know is that they were turned off every night during the week before the inauguration. And almost every night people post about how they are off and freak out about it. I feel like it's Groundhog Day
Speaking to Newsweek, White House spokesperson, Hogan Gidley, said: “This is nothing new, the White House lights go out at about 11pm almost every night.”
So The Guardian said one thing and the White House spokesperson said another.
All I can say is that it's been happening every night, lately. I wasn't watching it before last week, so that's all I can personally attest to.
