He got shot in 2001 by cops. I believe Princess Di 1997 and Michael Jackson 2009 and JFK Jr 1999 all faked their deaths then he could still be alive.

If you watch Juan O Savin He called documentary where he travels around America he mentions around the 33 minute mark how Bill Cooper is his friend. Lemme find it.
