"There would be nothing to stand between him and the realization of those schemes which an exhuberant fancy, untamed by the hand of experience, and scornful of the leadingstrings of wisdom, can conjure up.
Did we say nothing ? Nay, not so; for the Supreme Court was still there."

Ghost... This is what I am trying to connect with Keystone. And apply it....
(Keystone of the Arch Article 3 and Amenment to the Keystone Article 5).
Its tough, so many twisted words and leagal eze around these and they are perverted now by the courts.... I am not a scholar.
Not a chance in hell, you're overlooking the constitutional process outlined for electing and seating presidents.... unless of course he wasn't "really" sworn in...
If he was sworn in, which I think is overwhelmingly likely (sorry), then impeachment is the only recourse. The new President would be decided by the standard hierarchy of which Trump isn't even on the list.
As far as my understanding goes, once Congress votes and someone is sworn in it's over. They have the power to consider extenuating circumstances and issue a judgment, which they did (as pathetic and treasonous as it was).
"Had not the Supreme Court been rendered powerless for good by packing it with the most uncompromising adherents of the new political faith? Had not the very nature of the Federal Government undergone a change: Was not Paternalism rampant? Was not Socialism on the increase?" - 1900, or the Last President by Ingersoll Lockwood

Thanks for posting this. I've said the same thing many times on here.
