There was an awkward silence for over a minute where the 21 gun salute should have been following his oath...

Edit: POTUS Trump on the other hand received a proper 21 gun salute while Hail to the Chief played as he exited Marine One that morning, so imho he was inaugurated as POTUS 45 for 2nd term & the best is yet to come!
