Great plan. Hold financial help to those who really need it, hostage. You get money when you get your shot. How could anyone possibly not see the absurdity in this? Not to mention how incredibly insulting it is to our intelligence. Sadly, if it comes to it, people will bow down and get the shot if it means they will be able to put food on the table for their families. Is this what this country has come to? This really has to be a movie at this point. If it's not... I'm not even sure where we go from here.
