you could make the argument...

but then you add in the daughter admitting it and then you add in the Q "prediction", and then you add the walking boot (ankle monitor) that he had to switch for comfort....

on its own, sure each of things thing could possibly just be explained away. but you add them together and it becomes cold hard fact.
