Well, this tweet looses a lot of meaning, when you know that it's a response triggered by a tweet using the word ovaltine - AND that this very Gif you can see is the first result (out of only 4) when you search giphy.com (Twitter's gif service) for the word "Ovaltine".
Both together, yes. This one alone, not so much.
Irrelevant responses loose more meaning than anything. Focus on the coincidences being pointed out.
Since this has already been discussed - including Dickson's tweet - you probably don't want to start a relevancy debate over this. Someone choosing the first out of 4 results, when searching for a word is not a coincidence. That's the point! 18airbornecorps answering to Dickson's tweet is an interesting coincidence worth looking into. This gif alone is not. It's a rather predictable consequence.
Not to speak of the fact that Dickson has reminded everyone to drink their Ovaltine in 2019, too.
