I keep seeing statements about how DJT gave power to FEMA or Mil and that is all well and good. If he did invoke IA, then the EOs and EAs that are currently being signed (despite not knowing what they are regarding face palm) are non-existent. The dates are saying it happened some time in 2020. Would that not mean that all of the EOs and EAs that DJT signed in the last few weeks were also not legitimate because power was already given to "the powers that be"?
