He is a Private Citizen now. His speech was protected under the 1st amendment. IF that is allowed, EVERYONE in congress needs to be held to that same standard. There are plenty of examples of Maxine, Pelosi, AOC, the Squad, actually calling for people to rise up. PJT did not incite anything. He did not "whip up" the crowd. IMO, it was a power move. There is plenty of video to refute the claims that supporters were anything but respectful, some even cleaned up knocked over trash cans. Hell, the velvet ropes in the Hall of Statues weren't even knocked over. If that was an insurrection, it was the sorriest one on record. Antifa (which is an idea, just as MAGA, if we are keeping the playing field level) Burned the cathedral across from the WH.
