I watched some of it. It seems to heavily revolve around Q saying that people are not humans and they are lizard people. Even though I have heard these things around at times do people actually believe this? I don’t remember Q ever mentioning or even hinting that people aren’t real people... can someone clarify?

It's an old idea David Icke talks about a lot. Q has never said anything about reptilians.
