They're bullies. Slap a large lawsuit on someone and watch them run, then think. Let's see how well they stand up to the push-back from Rudi and Sidney, and you know Lin will be right beside them.
companies do this crap all the time to silence people, they slap some absurd lawsuit number on it and threaten they will take everything they own to get headlines to make it look like they are right and getting even. Some people cave under legal threat and pay the company some small amount other people take the court challenge and it will go away and never actually happen. It is all just a show nothing more.
should do your own research, but one big case was George Francis Hotz who broke IOS, android os, and sony of america (not japan) this kid broke so many codes and was brought into so many court cases but he did nothing illegal he purchased all these items and broke all the code showing all the problems of them and was sued by all of them all of the cases were dropped after they all stole the products and learned how he did it so they could try to fix it thanks to three letter agencies. there are tons of examples but most of them get scrubbed from the web to protect companies good names ...
Here's the thing though, this is taking into account that We are the Corporation Of the United States of America and the Board of Directors (Members of Congress) Contracted with the Dominion Corporation to use their services in the several states that were already contracted with them to 'Use their machines and tech managers' to Insure the Selection of the candidates They Wanted to serve on the Board of Directors(Congress & President) were chosen. So "Legally" Dominion Corporation fulfilled their contractual obligation to the Corporation of the United States of America. How this will work out I do not know but Dominion did in Fact fulfill its contractual obligations.
Courts are corrupt and can almost guarantee they will NOT present unmolested counting machines during discovery. Their techs have been frantically replacing all of the boards in them and programming them to match the MSM results and so n and so on....
They will have to provide the machines to the defense as Rudy et. al. are stating that the machines are 'swapping' votes to put it simply. It will be interesting to watch but these types of cases will take years working through the 'system'.

Well stealing a presidential election and other reps along with having zero consequences and also with the judiciary protecting your steal may have simply emboldened them. Just saying.
I think it may be part of the movie. I'm at the point that I consider that everything might be part of the movie. It's sometimes the only way things make sense now

It could be. You could be here honestly, to try to figure out what's going on. But when you look at the article that you went, and the fact that the author is obviously biased because he States that Giuliani and Powell lied about the minion even though the case hasn't gone to court yet. What evidence does he actually have as the author that there was no fraud on Dominion side? What was the purpose of this guy writing this article at this time? Do you truly think a big Corporation involved in this past election that is being accused of fraud is not going to try to bully those that accuse them of fraud whether they're guilty or not? Still have to question your motives on why you're even here. If you're here is a professional and are getting money for being here, it will show in that your account will not be used again after this post. Otherwise, you will start asking more questions about other points of view about other incidents that have happened in the last couple of months. You might also start looking into the whole Q conspiracy theory. It would be nice if you would actually follow a lot of the links that have been posted here and on the Donald. Win. Considering how corrupt our courts have been, I will be honest I am a little nervous about this. If Dominion has confidence to sue, perhaps they will be using the same kangaroo courts that didn't allow fraud evidence to be shown.
