whats with all the hats been tossed? Also notice Kamala is walking in front of biden whereas pence makes sure to stay behind Trump when walking down the stairs

Honestly I think that was just the wind.

But the sergeant taking his hat off. That’s to prove to the enemy standing in front of him that he is not a woman. Back in the day that was like flipping someone off. Kind of a combination of “Screw you! Get Some!”
