Once the documents are released to the public this would give any criminal lawyer the evidence they need to prosecute these people correct? Or is their something in the law or constitution that would prevent that?

A lawyer doesn't prosecute. The government indicts and prosecutes. They act for the people....although that's not what's been happening except if you are a republican Trump supporter. The system is corrupt as hell.
They will have likely been prosecuted already by the time this "damning evidence" was released, no?
I guess it depends on what you believe. Right now because I haven’t seen anything official that they are already gone.
What documents are you referring to?
Like hunters laptop, they have the Hillary Clinton emails the actual phones. I watched the one guy do a conference on it. Then there is also FISA and watergate I think I seen.
The state would need to bring charges.
Remember all the crimes being filmed over the summer? Didn’t matter that evidence was available, it’s irrelevant if the state doesn’t bring charges.
Welcome to the increasingly-tyrannical world of prosecutorial discretion
When this all started I told my husband I want to quit my job and be a prosecutors lol they have some crooked ass people in this system.
The corruption on display has 100% changed my direction in life. We need to get involved the best we can.
