We have all had the civics lesson now and understand pretty well how election laws are made, how they should be made, and what is required to have fair elections. Most of all, we know that the state legislatures are where all of these problems are rooted. At the moment, the chief barriers are that
-
Dominion machines are used
-
Good laws that are in place are not being enforced
-
Procedures are being enforced that were not voted on by the state legislatures (e.g., the Georgia consent decree)
-
The state legislatures are not insisting on their Constitutional right as the sole body that can make electoral law and choose electors
If these issues were fixed, we would be a good way towards the goal of fair elections and the right to drop commies from helicopters.
The simple answer to this problem might seem to be to elect state legislatures that will follow the law and assert their rights under the Constitution. So we might think that voting Republican might set this to rights. But recent events have shown that in key state legislatures - the epicenters of the fraud that took place - Republicans controlled both upper and lower houses and not only refused to act to save MAGA, they often worked plainly against MAGA.
We all saw that Republican majorities in Georgia, Pennsylvania and Arizona could have done that. If they had acted in accordance with the law, Trump would be POTUS today.
So what to do about that?
Well, with the help of GEOTUS and his organization, MAGA takes over the Republican party, then we give sitting State legislators across the country a deadline for introducing and passing legislation that
-
clearly takes back their constitutional rights,
-
disavows non-legislative electoral law, and specifically and unequivocally defines out of existence voting machines, mail in voting, ballot harvesting, voting drop boxes and similar tools of fraud and crime.
-
clearly declare that the State Supreme Courts absolutely do not have any right to make or modify electoral law.
We could also have them pass legislation to transparently improve electoral security by adding watermarks to ballots and have stricter signature matching. etc.
The threat to ensure this gets done is that legislators either get it done or they will be primaried out for 2022 and replaced with MAGA-proven candidates. If successful, repeat for states in 2024.
Is this reasonable? Or is this just unrealisticum?
It seems that the overall advantage of the plan is that it puts pressure on Republicans to change things before the 2022 vote comes up and - unless Dominion is used in primaries - avoids the Dominion problem.
Too late. The house has introduced HR1 which will legalize all the crap that happened in the 2020 election. Fairly certain this will blow through both arms of congress and become law very soon.
There are only two things needed that we have been trying to get for 18 years. I wish you luck. OPEN SOURCECODE ( so you can see how it's tabulating the votes throughout the day) ADEQUATE AUDITS ( at least 3% of random precincts counted for any state using Electronics see Rep. Rush Holts HR811 they stopped. 2006)
We had to use congress and work to get a bill sponsored because there is no will in the states where the statutes lie. There is no federal uniform standard every state votes how they want.
They fought and fought until George Soros bought the machines and took them out of our country. This was another set up by the House of Bush in 2000.
