As the title says, is the military/NG still in DC, in the process of pulling out, or are they still fully entrenched?

I don't think they are going to say how many are going to stay. Some say 5,000 Others are saying 7,000 But, When they said there was going to be 25,000 The commander that was interviewed said that he was visiting 65,000. So... Your guess is as good as mine.
