Dominion sues Guiliani for defamation.
Any intentional false communication, either written or spoken, that harms a person's reputation; decreases the respect, regard, or confidence in which a person is held; or induces disparaging, hostile, or disagreeable opinions or feelings against a person.
They will have to prove that somehow and Guiliani will be able to defend himself. How would he do that?
By presenting and hopefully proving the validity of his claims, i.e. proving that his communication wasn't false, i.e. that voter fraud indeed has occured.
Just a hunch, but makes a lot more sense than presenting the evidence at the Trump impeachment.
Your point?
You're not listing anything that I haven't seen already. I keep pointing out, for days now, that this entire shit show is ILLEGAL, by LAW, even traitor Roberts agrees. And yet, here we are. They piss on law, openly and frequently, for decades now. Have no idea why everyone is overlooking that.
Yes, we all hope that Trump was sworn in at some point in January. But until I see confirmation of that I have to go by what I see in front of me. Senate trial will happen, I truly believe they have no votes to convict, but then again I truly believed that we won't see Zhou Bai Den's inauguration, either. Recorded or not.
