The entire time I was growing up, The Enquirer was filled with nothing but stories about Bigfoot, UFO's and celebrity gossip. So by now, everyone is quite willing to dismiss anything in The Enquirer as bogus, made up and strictly for entertainment purposes. Really drives home the point just how long they've been planning all of this - discredit a paper for, what, 30 years? Then start printing the real shit in it.
