The form is counterfeit. No source or link to the FEC.gov for Form 99. Period. The technical language of this document is elementary. Where to begin..

  1. There is no such thing as a disavowal notice.
  2. "To be clear?"
  3. "Out of concern for public confusion?"
  4. The entire last paragraph has misuse of grammar, word choice, syntax, punctuation, on and on and on.
  5. The "Form" has a variety of fonts and sizes. Everything was created, copied and pasted. Wake up people. Trust your instincts on these things.
