Am I missing something? It kinda sounds like he's just telling the folks that work services (gym, MWR, etc.) That they don't need to report in for work today. So, whats the big clue everyone is hearing out of this? Not trying to be a shill, just wondering what I'm missing.

Anything 17 makes people cream their jeans here. Something's are code and hidden messages and something's are just numbers. Not everything is some wink or nod.
