I know, we all know he got there with an illegitimate, fraudulent process. But he's still signing out his EOs (without knowing what he's signing). Do those EOs actually have an impact? Are they affective? If so, isn't that really bad? How can EOs from illegitimate president be in effect?

If he's not the legit prez and this is in fact a movie, then no. Is that the case? No one here can tell you definitively. It's a matter of opinion which is based on whether or not one believes in Q and the plan.
That's the best you're gonna get
BIDEN REGIME STOP CALLING IT A PRESIDENCY IT IS A REGIME REGIME REGIME REGIME
We will know soon. I personally think Trump is currently shadow president, and Biden is nothing more than an actor.
However, if Biden policies start becoming reality - e.g. the supposed cancellation of the Keystone Pipeline - then I will have been wrong. If you see Keystone workers being laid off, and production of the pipeline halting, then Biden has some level of control over policy, because it is certainly not a move Trump would allow.
Yeah... I'm really wondering the same thing. I know a few states have filed injunctions to stop these executive orders, but at what point do these orders actually start taking effect. I know his administration is illegitimate and all that, yeah yeah, all an act, ok fine. But if his actions start actually being implemented then I don't know how I'm going to feel about still having faith that this is part of the "plan".
