So either Rudy is going to get royally F'd...or... this is exactly what needed to happen. If Rudy really has the goods, he will have to PROVE why what he said WASN'T A LIE.. and that means, bring on the evidence that NO JUDGE wanted to review. Maybe it does make more sense that judges THREW out cases involving Trump and Co. as plaintiffs, because as a defendant, you definitely HAVE to show evidence and they get to appear impartial because the "other side" are the ones filing the complaint.
