Check both videos out below - 1 is close up with Kamla Harris pledging oath and the Sun ? is shining bright

The 2nd video is more camera crew far away and the reporter says Kamal just spoke but in this video there is no sin and he says it's cold and snowing???

Maybe the clouds moved in fast I donno just looks fishy to me

Yes there's been several indications that the inauguration was pre-recorded.
