If all those senators really vote to convict... then that means they’re all knowingly (black and white terms) breaking the constitution.

It's a win win. They will not get any of these 45 to convict and Trump can roll out ALL the fraud evidence during the trial.
They can't deny admisability of the evidence because they stated in the articles of impeachment that Trump kept repeating LIES of fraud.

Can the senate deny all this evidence? I mean the latest declass is about spygate and he probably has a lot of voter fraud evidence, but strictly speaking, that is not relevant to an insurrection charge?
It is fully relevant. In the articles of impeachment they accuse Trump of continually lying about fraud in the election.
It would be fully justified to bring evidence of fraud to dispute this.

I believe it is unconstitutional for a Senator to act as Judge over the proceedings. That is why we have three equal branches of government.
They must have a SC jurist to oversee this farce.
