They were surprised when I said I had no plans to get the vaccine. They asked, "what if it were mandatory?" And I said, "then we'd have to have a serious conversation about that." The subject was changed quickly to something more light-hearted. But it seems like they're at least considering mandating a vaccine in order to work at this office. And if they do decide that, they'll be looking for a new manager for their shipping department.

I think you should not quit. Just flat out refuse. Have them be the "takers-of-action". Gives you a case.
Yeah I wouldn't quit. I actually really like working here and I have a great relationship with my coworkers and my bosses. But there's a line that I'm not willing to cross for a company, and that line is mandatory chemical injections.
I worked for a biotech back in the early 2000's. We were in phase 3 of a drug trial and 1 person died. They immediately stopped the trials and stopped all work pertaining to this drug taking a stock hit and the CEO took a really big hit. But it was the companies policy, or the CEO's, that any necrosis was a line they would not cross. No questions asked.
This "vaccine", which it isn't at all according to the definition of vaccine, has killed how many people now? A company forcing you to take a "medical instrument" that has even 0.0001% change of death has to be something you can fight. You cannot be forced to risk death just for a chance of employment. This is the kind of thing that made labor unions a thing. Worker safety. We need to fight back a LOT harder than we are.
I had a link to a site about the vaccine not actually being a vaccine but it is down now. I hope it comes back. It isn't a vaccine and you cannot be legally forced to take it.

It's up now, there were some "widespread network outages" along the east coast today, for whatever reason. Good info, thanks for posting that.
