Meanwhile, Texas is preparing a referendum vote for November 2021 for secession from the United States.
It's a non-binding vote, but will allow lawmakers to access the will of the people.
Before the November election... I wouldn't have even considered it. Now, after witnessing all of the fraud and corruption in the state legislatures, the court system and in Washington DC by BOTH political parties, my vote will be YES.
Texas not only should get away from the corruption and stench of our government (and judicial system) as quickly as possible, but we should abolish both political parties and start over from scratch as an independent nation.
Oh... and meanwhile... the U.S.A. can enjoy having Washington DC as their 50th (and most corrupt) new state.
Agreed, I was planning on moving to TN from a democrat-run state not as bad as CA but I know it will be only a matter of time before my state resembles CA so been planning a move. I love the smokey mountains but If TX secedes from the US I will definitely be moving there! As it has been the only state to impress me during this horrible corrupted time in this country!
Fine.
