Lawfare as a tool to stop Biden's horrific agenda

I saw the news regarding the first legal victory to have Biden's immigration policy blocked in Texas. Maybe there should be more lawsuits to halt the rest of Biden's agenda in federal court jurisdictions where the Trump appointed judges are.

It blows my mind as to why Mitch being a GOP swamp creature pushed through all of Trump's judicial nominees onto the federal courts. This is a big mystery to me as well.
