Can confirm. Currently have some form of infection or some shit, gotta a nasty fucking cough and sore throat. I was taking powdered shit with tons of vitamins in them. Stopped taking them a couple weeks ago because I ran out, got sick 7-10 days ago. Been pounding vit c, d3, zinc, Mucinex, and NyQuil. Mask never protected me from shit, the vitamins did. Keep your immune system up and running, guys. Fuck the masks, vitamins are da way.
