At the end of whatever government does, THE PEOPLE ARE NOT BOUND TO OBEY ANY UNCONSTITUTIONAL "MANDATES".....not to mention that no government is lawfully able to control the people's behavior. When the people learn and understand this, this shite stops. Easy as that.
