That's a blue screen.. zoom in and look at the image behind his head. In particular, the reflection on the gold. Additionally, look at the blue reflections on the sides of his face and reflecting off his white hair. I don't believe this is legit, and i'm not really a believer in the whole fake white house thing..

Yeah something is definitely off. There's no way those flags would be able to reflect that much blue onto his face like that, if at all.
