The question is: will they allow evidence of election fraud to be presented?

The very simple answer is no. There is no way in hell that the DS, represented by McConnell and Schumer will allow any exculpatory evidence nor evidence of election fraud. To think otherwise indicates that we've been sleeping during the movie.
