and biden is not CIC, else he would have stopped the recent appointment of General Mike Fynn's Brother taking his new command

of American Military forces operating in China's Pacific back yard.

From what I was told by a coworker whose father was ex-military, our forces HATED Obama. Biden was VP under him so their hatred is justified in my opinion
