I never knew what any of these lists are called or heard about them in this exact context before but I knew Google and FB are government inventions cause I was in the field when it was all invented, I was around some computing work before and during the inception of the WWW

This article shows that Google was funded throughout its inception by the CIA. Google was created as a weaponized war-tool as indicated by the many new inventions that DARPA and In-Q-Tel are focused on.
