SHE SHOULD HAVE WATCHED THE VIDEO PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY ON HOW TO DO PERSONAL SAFETY!!!. this is not lyft's fault that she could not protect herself with out resorting to use of a firearm, lyft and these other app based transport companies LOVE their drivers! I mean look at how well they pay drivers.
