Is it posdible that 11.3 referred to Chinese troops invited into the country by the Biden regime occupying a city?

Sorry for the length of this response.
I disagree, I believe this is up for debate. 11.3 in the War Manual is clearly referencing the end of occupation. And to be honest we are being occupied, and not by our own military. It also refers to the end of occupied territory. It does not say, country, state, county, city, federal city. It says territory. It even gives an example of when the occupying power no longer has the territory under control. “Belligerent occupation ends when the Occupying Power no longer has effectively placed the occupied territory under its control. For example, an uprising by the local population may prevent the Occupying Power from actually enforcing its authority over occupied territory. Similarly, the Occupying Power’s expulsion or complete withdrawal from the territory would also suffice because the former Occupying Power generally would not be able to control sufficiently the occupied territory.” This happened when thousands of protesters went to the capitol and forced the DC police and congress out of the capitol. Something else to think about. If a foreign country is occupying DC, it can basically run the country by controlling the federal government. We’re all in agreement that congress has been bought by the CCP. This isn’t up for debate. Here’s where other examples in the War Manual start making sense. In section 11.2.4 “Proclamation of Occupation” says: “The question of whether territory is occupied does not depend upon the issuance of any particular proclamation or other instrument. Territory may be occupied even though no proclamation of occupation has been issued. Conversely, the issuance of proclamation of occupation does not empower a State with the rights of an Occupying Power if it does not control such territory in fact.”
In essence, we can be occupied without even knowing it. The occupying power does not have to tell you that you’re under their rule.
Another example. What is happening in with the media, big tech, professional sports, Hollywood, the government and our federal courts can be contributed to be occupied by a foreign power.
“11.7.2 Censorship and Other Regulation of the Media. Under the law of belligerent occupation, for the purposes of security, an Occupying Power may establish censorship or regulation of any or all forms of media (e.g., press, radio, television) and entertainment (e.g., theater, movies), of correspondence, and of other means of communication. For example, an Occupying Power may prohibit entirely the publication of newspapers that pose a threat to security, or it may prescribe regulations for the publication or circulation of newspapers of other media for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations to restore public order.”
This is why we’re being censored. Our constitution is not protecting us and being ignored because we are being occupied.
So much more makes sense reading this document. Which I believe is why Trump said he is returning power to the people.
