That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard unless taxes are different in the US. Here in Canada the employer takes taxes off your check and they will not change that so explain how the hell that works. To not pay taxes you have to not work.

Different in US. We can adjust how much is withdrawn. Then at the end of the year, the IRS will come after you for how much you owe them if you don't pay it.
