I remember the 27th being a key date for some sort of marker

No. There are no dates in the plan, or in the Q drops. Many people have interpreted the drops to arrive at dates (guesses), and they have been wrong every time.

The markers are based on events that have occurred or conditions that have been met, that sort of thing. No hard dates anywhere.
