People who believe in God are often more open to the belief in true evil which is why I feel we see a lot of religion in Q. The reason epstein et al are always written off by people is because they can't really fathom that someone could actually be truly evil, whereas religious people generally can. In addition, Satan is supposed to be like taking people away from true nature, and keeping people locked up, covering their faces, keeping them from praying together and potentially mandating a vaccine are all instances of what could be seen as efforts to remove our humanity. When we don't use a sense, it gets worse and worse. They want us living in a world of only sights and sounds and to live at home and just consume. I'm not religious personally nor am I an expert. Just how I've conceptualized it.
