I'm not sure one tractor trailer with an "Oversize Load" is enough to constitute "Big Stuff" moving around D.C. If this was a convoy, I think I'd be a bit more intrigued. Not trying to doom but this just doesn't seem to be anything too noteworthy. Also, note the Washington Football Team's former logo...likely something from the DMV area?
