Yes it is, even if it has other meaning it literally is this as well.

Why?

Because the awareness of the rigging of the system has gone mainstream, it is EVERYWHERE now! This can systematically be chained stock to stock absolutely wrecking hedge funds. Little people fighting back and winning. GAME OVER!
