He has on a white scarf, which hides the shirt and ties.
The specific topic of this post was the uniform and lack of award/insignia. I will say this one more time, as a marine veteran...there are jackets/coats (which are part of the regular uniform so insignia IS displayed) and there are overcoats, worn for inclement weather on which NO insignia is displayed. There are many different combinations of uniform wear, depending on the weather and the occasion, all having different requirements. Same goes for gloves/no gloves...salute/no salute. If you are not military I wouldn't expect you to know that. But I would expect you to not argue with someone who IS military. That one particular person is wearing an overcoat. No insignia is worn on it.
Well aren't you special. I'm not interested in addressing all of the extraneous supposition you're putting out there...only the original post and my certain knowledge of that answer. If you cannot separate simple fact from emotional hysteria you are not an asset. I'm not only assuming you are not a marine...I KNOW you are not. Also...you are really weird. I would normally consider that a plus, but you're too crude & uneducated to bother with. Further abuse from you will not be replied to.
