Sometimes paying unemployment is the lesser evil when the system bears down on an employer with fines & legal issues, especially when employment is less than the salary.
And of course, nothing stops them from requiring mandatory vaccinations anyway, only to ask "forgiveness" later (if you will even manage to take them to court in this political climate). Good luck finding a lawyer that will complete with the healthcare complex:
My mother walked into a surgery 10 years ago that was "very low risk" & came out paralyzed... And we have yet to see a penny from the Hospital that allowed somebody to botch it up somehow. Even the lead surgeon was very apologetic & told us he would help anyway he could... Got the impression he knew something went wrong even though they said all went according to procedure (I suspect one of the people under him, perhaps a resident, screwed up by removing too much tissue). My dad said he heard arguing while waiting for my mom in surgery. Lawyer lead us on for almost 2 whole years & then high tailed it out at the last minute before our prosecution window ran out, leaving us with no other way to take it to court & no time. I was young, my family was naive in believing in the legal system, & my mother was too emotionally exhausted to keep pursuing, but now that we know more, I'm convinced our lawyer was paid off by the hospital admin. Come a few months ago & I also find out that hospital is owned at least in part by who else but the Rothschilds. She's still paralyzed, btw.
Those fuckers, Soros, Gates, etc. & all those in on it have hurt people in very real ways (& my own very deeply), & I cannot wait for the day they see justice.
So if they can get away without consequence for paralyzing a woman, they will get away with far less. And even if you manage to get it to court, then there's the issue of corruption there. (My family lived in IL at the time. You can see the uphill battle toward which this is going...)
This is the reality that people need to start seeing. This how bad it has become.
Sure, but nothing stops them from firing the person who happened to refuse taking it because of "restructuring during hard times."
Laying off means paying unemployment.
