Depends what the Executive Orders do, are they within the defined power of the President in the Constitution? Then they are fine.
Are they to overturn a previous executive order that was outside the scope of the President's powers as outlined in the Constitution? Then they are fine.
Are they to limit federal agencies to Constitutional limits? Then they are fine.
It isn't the number of executive orders, it is their Constitutionality (and not as interpreted by the corrupt courts and legislature).
