This is horrific! I had no problem accessing the article and I’m disgusted. What is this when someone/anyone, even family puts their mouth on the bleeding wound on the genitalia of a child? Protected religious practice?!? I know of African practices that call for the cutting of female genitalia. Now imagine them then using their mouth to remove the blood.
