GAMESTONK - an avenue for bankrupting the DC Corporation?
?️ DISCUSSION ?
So by now the hedge funds are starting to go bankrupt.
They will ask the banks to bail them out, but we will keep buying the stocks they shorted.
The banks will ask the government to bail them out, but we will keep buying the stocks they shorted.
The government will begin printing money to help Wall Street buy GME and AMD and BB and NOK from basement-dwellers-turned-millionaires.
Hyperinflation. DC Corp bankruptcy. GESARA.
BUY BUY BUY!!!
Not Hold the Line but
I don't fully understand this story. A few hedge funds lost tons of money shorting this stock, but most of the financial companies are doing fine. Do the people holding this stock truly believe the stock is worth its current price? Games have been available for downloads for a few years, which explains why this stock has been going down. The short selling didn't help, but I don't think the fundamentals of the company is sound. My guess is that it will go down eventually, just like Hertz and AMC last year.
the point is some big players still hold a bunch in shorts. Those shorts come due TOMORROW.
They will be forced to buy the stock at market price to close their shorts tomorrow.
Also you have to remember this:
Melvin Cap had 12 billion in assets but was overleveraged to the attune of like 350 billion dollars.
Melvin going bankrupt means they have to pull out all their other investments.
So now Melvin is out of cash and their PARENT ORG now is on the hook for billions.
Nice summary and Warroom reported yesterday Citadel bailed out Melvin when they pulled out to the tune of 3 Billion. There are 2-3 other major hedge funds due Friday.
