No, I'm saying that the most likely scenario is that either the guy was framed or Trump wasn't given the full intel, like that time when establishment traitors lied to him about the Middle East to stop him from withdrawing all troops.

Can't be bothered researching pardon cases as they have no impact on anything of relevance.
