Little Ice Age after Krakatoa. Global harvest failure begets Global Famine. Famine make War an Pestilence both more likely and more effective. 4 Horsemen?

Such actions have no off switch. The effects would persist for probably 10 to 30 years. Stupid Idea, unless your goal is to depopulate the world.
