https://youtu.be/umsaXWrpgR8 full NBC live video oath begins at 4:47 approximately first photo is from Inauguration on that video both ladies are in the position from photo #1 not sure what is up with photo #2 one of the canceled rehearsals? At least I read they were canceled?
