Does anyone know if the amount if airflight going over the WH is normal? Just curious. Thanks!

Info that may be of interest-

NORAD had a recurring Falcon Virgo training exercise for the DC area for 25-26 Jan. They DO fly over restricted airspace. It’s routine air defense exercises designed to test airspace security around major cities incl. Wash. DC. It is possible whatever we’ve been seeing is part of the exercise but may be additional troop transport etc.

Just trying to supply info. Lots of activity in the sky lately, but our boys still have to hold down the fort.
