In this "movie", the Biden puppet needs to make more scary announcements.

For starters, he needs to announce the roll out of biometric chips for everyone. (It doesn't need to happen - just be announced.)

He needs to announce measures that will increase taxes and cause massive job losses.

He needs to make ownership of private transport illegal (for the sake of the environment).
